The VarsitySheet platform, including its software, interface, branding, logos, design, original text, systems, and other original materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws.

AI responses are always accurate.

Every PDF will always be available.
The service will always be uninterrupted.
Every feature will work on every device or operating system.
Content will always remain unchanged or available.

Users should independently verify important academic information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VarsitySheet and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Continued use of VarsitySheet after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
